ORDER ONLINE
If you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order, please give us a call right away to confirm we have received it. We may have not click accept order in time or there is an issue with your order.
Online orders may be paused during 6pm to 8pm on busy evenings. If you order between 6pm to 8pm, your wait time may be up to one hour.
When placing your order online, you can select a pickup time or pick ASAP and let us tell you the earliest time you can pickup your order (from 15min to 1hour)
There is a 4% cancellation fee if you pay online and then calling in to cancel (charged by payment provider).
Pickup Protocol
After your order is placed and confirmed, it will take approximately 15-25 min to prepare, and up to or more than 45min between 6pm-8pm (some busy days) if you had not pre order ahead of time. Your order can be picked up at the middle counter inside the restaurant so please ignore the line up at the door if there is one and walk straight to the counter. Please give the server your name or show your order number. We thank you so much for cooperating with us on our pick up procedures.
