If you like a lighter broth, Miso is fantastic. If you like spicy then Tan Tan or Tonkotsu Spicy is a good choice! If you want something more creamy and heavier then go for any of the Tonkotsu! Adding black garlic oil will bring out even more flavours within the broth.
