We have tried doing delivery orders over the phone for the last couple of weeks but it really jams up our phone line because we have to take payment over the phone. It would really help us a lot if you can use the online ordering system instead for delivery! You may still call in for pick up orders. Please read below for more information on the delivery time windows and how to do delivery with us. Please call or email us if you have any more questions. Thank you so much for your understanding!
We are using LoveLocal Delivery to deliver your orders. Please select delivery when you order online and indicate any delivery instructions. There is a min order of $30 for delivery, and a fee of $10 (paid to lovelocal, within 7km). Delivery times are between 4:30pm to 8:00pm. We will arrange your delivery as close to your specified time as possible. If you would like delivery outside that time you can send us an email or fill in the form below.
We apologize for the high delivery fees since we have to pass that fee on to you, it is whatever fees we have to pay to lovelocal, since it is no longer in our budget but we would still like to still offer this as an option. If you don't see certain items on the online menu then we may have sold out of it for that duration of time. You can now order online as early as 7 days in advance, and if there is any issues we will call to let you know. Maybe one day if we have enough orders to hire a delivery person but for right now we can not afford it. Thank you so much for your understanding.
LoveLocal Hours for Delivery: Wednesday to Sunday: 4:30 to 8:00pm.
Delivery outside these hours are available upon request for non-same day orders.
Wednesday to Sunday: 12:30pm to 9:00pm
*you may not see us online at intermittent times especially between 5pm to 7pm, that is because we pause the machine when its too busy and prioritize the call in take out orders and online orders and any current UberEats orders. We have tried to take all orders and customers get upset with wait times, so we have decided to take less orders instead and prioritize our call in and online orders that are taken directly with us.
*All delivery is packed with care by us, and we tell every driver to be careful with the order. We hope your order comes hot and not broken, if it does please reach out to us (awesome if there is pictures) so we can report all courier incidents so that we can carefully select the best couriers to handle our food. We want to make sure you are getting the best possible out of the dining room experience as possible!
